The original NRL plan was for all teams to have a chance to play in Las Vegas. You're going to piss off a lot of people if you change tack now and pick and choose who you want or change it to the WCC.

The TV figures from the womens game will be interesting. Surely lots of people have turned off when the score blew out. It's a horrible lead into the main Penrith/Cronulla game.

Making the Sharks/Panthers game look bloody good though.

The WCC just isn't feasible because of the logistics involved.

Yes, last year's was 40000.

All 4 clubs this year don't have a big following outside of their immediate area and don't travel, add to that the fact that this economy doesn't have lots of people planning Vegas trips... people around the world are tapped out.
The inclusion of the poms has kept the upward trajectory.
We're going to need Saint Helens, Leeds, Dogs and Dragons involved next year to continue the momentum.
Probably need to scap the Woman so the size of the day doesn't put people off.
