I don’t actually hate the idea. Levels up the playing field and gives every team a chance to experience it. f**k playing in Dubai though

Two in south of France

Also maybe Super League clubs could launch their season in Australia, New Zealand and Vegas.

I would’ve thought a super league game at each (or some of the NRL global locations. They only have 7 games to plan compared to our 9

3 games in London at either Wembley or preferably spurs.

3 games in Amsterdam.

But it will get the game good publicity

Take one of them to London or any of the venues listed as a one off instead of Vegas is doable

I bet most people thought Vegas wouldn't happen and yet here we are. Never underestimate PVL.

My only concern is that I hope they don't play it in huge stadiums that we won't fill. Choose appropriate sized stadiums.

I’d like to see the NRL do something in France longer term.

start with NRL pre-season trials to test the water and then MOve onto regular season NRL games and then invest in domestic French clubs/league competition.

Could easily run UK venue with superleague teams there. Southern french ground with Catalans and Toulouse in matches too.

All I can say is PVL is a genius. We’re in the off season now, but rugby league is all over the news as though we’re in season. Be it Ashes, Pacific Champs, global round talk, London broncos, Monday is the Perth bears logo reveal, the rugby league train keeps going. The attention and positive outlook of the game is seriously off the charts.

If Vlad does get the ARLC involved in English Super League, Id love to see him use this to try to develop in a few key regions for each comp.

Im hoping RL starts to gain traction in SE asia (it should get a bit of notice with PNG comping in)

And a middle east team (expat players obviously) in Dubai or Riyad backed by a saudi millionaire would be a good goal

They’re expecting fans to watch football from 6am Saturday morning until 2am Sunday morning on the East Coast of Australia?

I don’t think we’ll go from a Vegas Event to a Global Round straight away. We might build to it. Go Vegas, London and Hong Kong first.

One year they had the Anzac round back-to-back, 8 games in a row. Watched them all and loved it.
