I need help


I have played 2 games for the season and my first Game has been a 8-0 trashing and now today, I have a 9-0 trashing

I do not know what to do mate.

invest in some youngsters either passable defending, playmaking or scoring, 17 or 18yo... then train them. also, patience is very important in this game.

yeah i had a 4-0 drubbing at the weekend. i played PIC with my youth IM's aswell, so i'm 8th with 0-9. i doubt i could have won anyway, but i sacrificed a better game for some sort of chance on wednesday. i doubt i can win, but i can win the midfield ratings, and lose very heavily everywhere else. i heard its been done before, not very likely in my case, but i'll give it a shot and i will learn!

I somehow won 1-0 despite playing with only one forward... and then him getting injured.

Played 2 trainees and a first team member (i really need to buy another trainee ) in my midfield and had a 6-1 which puts me top of my league. I think i'm a good chance of finishing first (won't promote) but still first would be nice. Go a hard cup match on wednesday which will see all hands on deck.

i was beaten 4-3. always figured that it would be close, just always felt that it was a game i wasn't meant to win. this means no repeat of last seasons run to the 4th round. next season by god, next season. the team are off to vietnam next week for some r&r, and a game of soccer. whoa-yeah!

Madtown finally got off 0 points for the season with an easy 4 nil PIC victory away from home. We're now thinking we'll also PIC the next 2 games. Both NSW derbies, in order to put ourselves in good stead for a possible run later in the season. but yeah..

What's going on with the Cup...

The Wolves are in. Depending on who else wants to join, any of Whenuapai (dude, you won the last title :lol: ), Madtown, Sri Lanka and Central Coast Falcons can easily be promoted to the Premiership. Hell, they were 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th in LU Cup V.

I kept my record of bad starts to seasons intact, with a loss in the first week of the league. I think in the last six or seven seasons, I've only ever won the first game once. But thankfully the bad results finished a lot quicker than they did last season, with my Wolves winning the next two league matches. I'm also still going strong in the cup, although tomorrows game could be a bit tighter than I'd like.

ps. Mambo is playing one of the teams in my league in his cup game tomorrow. In fact, it's the team I just beat 1-0 on the weekend. Good luck on doing the same.

the thing is i would prefer to able to play 5 of the sides in the championship . the premiership doesn't really appeal to me that much. umm yeh
