I've had a gutful of the harassment too. Running the gauntlet. Assailed time and time again in my seat. Occasionally I buy one but, yes, I find the constant badgering offensive too.
One time I was hit by three sellers at once. Unbelievable! So I bought one off the best looking one. Shame, Popper! Shame!

Naah! Didn't think it was you, Blacktip. This one looked more like a Mermaid.
Come to think of it, I've never failed to buy one from a Mermaid at the players Bar-B-Q's.

Just been for a run. It's amazing the inspiration and clarity a little exercise can bring. Why not have the club directors selling the raffle tickets at the ground. They could wear a badge saying who they are and that every single cent goes back to the club. What a wonderful idea, Popper.
They could even answer relevant questions while selling the tickets too.
Admittedly, it may be demeaning for some. But not for a bloke named Paul Tubridy who has worked his butt off for Junior League for many years.
