Can someone confirm that the 4th instalment has been released?

If yes - has anyone seen it - any good? what years does it cover?

Yes it has been released. Quite good. Up until 2001.

yeah ive got it, originally did the interviews in 2002, but I heard they had added ones with Ray Hadley, Ray Warren and also the parts in the end when they interview the fans before the game.

ITs a good DVD, 1987-2001.

Around 87-90, they interview Kenny, Sterling, Wynn, Grothe, Ella, Fitzgerald, David Woods, John Monie, Mick Cronin.

91-97, Kenny, Sterling, Cronin, Dean Pay, David Woods, Ron Hilditch, Brian Smith, Cayless

97-01, Cayless, Hindmarsh, Vella, Taylor, Buettner, Smith

Yeah...I dunno, but I know what you mean.

I mean, I like the interviews, particuarly in the first DVD, there is a ton of information.

Perhaps a happy medium would be a decent menu with 'extended interviews' ot 'extended highlights' options.

They usually showed highlights of at least one game in every year, but I cant remember them showing them any in 93 and 94.

ok 1994 was probably one of the worst years, but they put up a good fight against the Broncos in Round 1.

1993, some classic games here when they beat Manly, Brisbane, Canberra in the early rounds.

1990, they showed only a few seconds, but surely the Brisbane game wouldve been a highlight, they played well, but unfortunately got run down in the last few minutes. Or when they beat Balmain in the final round, which spoiled Wayne Pearce's farewell at Leichhart.

Fair go, he was a good servant of the club, and, is I believe, a life member.

I'll never forget a great try he scored up at Penrith Park one Saturday arvo, running about 60 metres. Just sliced straight thru...

well, in the first one, there is lots of 'fliming a guy talking'. Riveting. :lol:

Actually, to be fair, what is being said is interesting, and it's actually good we've put this stuff out.

Could have been done better, but I'd take an OK DVD ahead of no DVD

Then show us more of what he did, instead of interviewing a bloke over and over to fill in time. I respect what he did for the club and all, but why couldn't they have him voicing over some of his playing days?
