to be fair there is an advert below it, and I was right on word limit, so perhaps it was just a space thing.

I don't think the sponsorship has anything to do with it mate, they have run critical stuff before, and the rest of the column was pretty critical too.

in the grand scheme of things, it was probably the most superfluous bit of the column, so got the chop.

nothing to be gained by burning bridges mate. at the end of the day I am grateful we have the opportunity to write the column, and if editorial control is a condition of that, well we are hardly in a position to argue. I just had to share my Wicks rant this week, thats all.... ;-)
