The NRL ad.....doesnt really work for me

The add leaves me cold.

I wanna add where after it I wanna bite the head off a frozen chook.

The current one is clever.......but no psych value IMO.

That would be good for you, me and the rest of us....I dunno how it would leave who I think the current ad is aimed at, how it'd leave them feeling, potential new fans, females etc.

Great point. Fans arent going to stop supporting league becuase they didnt like the ad, so why focus specificly on us. The plan should be to get people interested who normally wouldnt.
Females are important to, simply due to the fact that they are 50% of the population. More money from attracting people from 100% of the population then just the male population.
But as ive previously said, they have tried to create a sense of tribalism, connecting fans with their teams and suburbs. Making league and their team part of the community that they can connect with and be apart of.
Yep its not heaps exciting for us but its doing the job it was intended to do.

I agree with those who think it is garbage because it really is. It looks more school project than professional ad. What is with the 20 foot players running over the harbour bridge? If they did it well the idea might have been ok but it looks so fake and cheap. Typical NRL effort though.
