From what I know (which is very little) Gutho currently has a 2 year 800k PA extension deal sitting on the table waiting to be signed.

Agreed,

I can't see any other club in the NRL (bar maybe the Dolphins if they miss out on Ponga) forking out more then 700k for Gutho.

I would expect captains are involved in non-playing related tasks at the club and like a good manager would be working beyond the standard working week
