Forget the rest, this is the best. This is the thread where all ref whinging should go for the 2003 season. After so many funny blowups post game last year, i think its only considerate to keep it all in one thread so that we can all have a laugh at the end of the year.

Be it Mander, Shane Hayne or everyones favourite...Billy Boy Harrigan, here is the place to put it down on the table. I know we have all been guilty of it...hoping onto a computer 5 minutes after the game and giving the ref a gobful in an expletive filled post. Well, that is fair enough and i already blew my stack once in the first round,so iexpect to do it more throughout the year!

Perhaps we should start nominating a crap ref of the week award?

(No offense to refs, its a tough job). But its a great whinging topic when your side gets done on the scoreboard!

Too F**king right we were moaning El, with good reason. Mander did rort us in the second half, the penalty for "going on with the tackle" which led directly to a Knights try, was a joke. And Tony's report was joke too, but I won't moan about that now as the match review committe obviously agree with me and didn't press charges.

Don't put any money on me. I will blame everything from the weather to the bounce of the ball for a loss, and occassionly admit we weren't good enough (only on the day), but I try very hard to never blame the ref, even when he is a halfblind egomaniac like Harrogan.

I resent that.
I'm of the opinion that most of the time, good teams overcome bad refs.

I was a long time critic of Harrigan because I thought he had an ego problem...I'd been saying it since 1992. All the while listening to 'drongo-speak' and hearing junk like, 'Harrigan is the best ref in the game'... freakin hell, that used to give methe shits.

It took the rest of the League ten years to come to same conclusion that Billy wasnt the full quid... so now my fight is over. The battle has been won. Billy is a millionaire and my life is ruined... but I won!

Therefore, you wont hear a peep from me for the rest of the year...unless ofcourse one of those cheating refs gets in charge ofa Saints match.

It's not whinging, it's a fact.

When can these official gooses get it right. Not just the Warriors game, but there were other games overlastweekend when pathetic calls from the officials, or no calls, led to points.

Surely the stripeys have to answer to someone after the game. Surely their performance is scrutinised.

If so, why the hell is Mander and the other clowns still reffing this weekend.
