Look to be honest I would give both Smith boys, Wagon, Riddell, PJ and Grothe the boot. Save a stack of money esp with Riddell and Grothe.
Grab another up and coming winger and centre and a couple of good hard samoan forwards.

Look at Nightingale tonight.. Whats he on at the Dragons 60K ? and played rings around a supposed International winger in Grothe. Whats the combined payments for Piggy and PJ - prob around 450K... can we buy a good hooker for 450K ? - you betcha

There is NO way anyone on this forum can honestly say that either Riddell or PJ have given us value for money for the past 2 seasons.

I read recently that PJ is set to sign for another 2 years - thats just great....

With what we are paying them we could have had Daniel Irvine as a hooker and had Petro or someone with some balls in the forwards.

The thing is guys that the same 17 bar injuries will be on the field next sunday. Hages said so last night apparently. That is one thing the newcastle fans warned us about. He doesn't make changes due to form or lack of. Whether it happens or not i guess we'll see in a few days
