CEOs are just as responsible as the coach, it is he who employs the coaches in the first place.

Do coaches have anything to do with sponsorship deals? Stadium leases? Club jerseys? Club logos? Player managers? Football club staff? Football club finances? I'm pretty sure the answer to all those is no for coach, yes to CEOs.
