I knwo Origin is still a while away but try and pick your sides for both the Blues and Maroons.

My prelininary investigations reveal that Queensland look to be very strong inevery area except half back whereas NSW are strong in the backrow.

I don't rate Stevens at all but the selectors have repeatedly shown that form is not an issue when it comes to Origin. It's all about loyalty according to Gus and co. If it were me, I would have O'Hara ahead of Stevens any day but that will never happen while people like Gould are running the show.

Good call on Tookey being there Kiwi Somehow I just don't think he'll picked though. I think no matter how well he plays, it will be up to his rivals to loose their spots rather than him earn one.

Moffo, did you read in todays paper that Ryan O'Hara will be named in the 30 man squad? He may not make the final squad but with Ryles certain to miss the Origin series, he would be a better choice than Stevens.

Its a problem, we seem blessed withback rowers but a little thin in the engine room. I mean, second rowers, we have N.Hindmarsh, Kennedy, Ricketson, Fitzgibbon, Simpson, Menzies, Anasta and Hill. How do you pick three out of those guys?

well I don't know about three but imo Kennedy should be the first forward picked

My forward pack would be Omeley, Buderus, Bailey, Kennedy, Hindmarsh, Fitzgibbonwith Mason, Simpson and one of Ryles/Ohara/Davico/Parsons on the bench.The weakness is probably a lack of size in the frontrow but the backrow should make up for it. I dontthink guys like Menzies and Ricketsonarequite in the same class as the other backrowers, althoughRicketson will be the first guy picked by Gus.
