My thoughts are it's ridiculous that an executive order has been done for this.
I would think it's up to those sporting bodies to determine who plays in their sports.

Yep organisations are too scared too make a call they fart arse around the issue without doing any anything trying to please everybody.

I am sorry but Transgender people being banned from sport its not much different to people being born with medical conditions where they are unable play sport due to specific physical disabilities they may have.

If you choose to be a Transgender and become a female then unfortunately one of the costs of that is you wont be able to play female sport.

From a physical and genetic point of view its not fair on the actual females.

Unless they decide to start up there own comp and they can play amongst each other then yeah any loophole should be closed off.

If sporting governing bodies want to make rules about this (which many already have, such as swimming, athletics and golf) then fine, but why does it need an executive order from the president?

Republicans: "I don't want the government meddling in the affairs of the people."
Republicans: "There's too much federal government oversight. Let the states handle their own shit."

Also Republicans: "Hold on, wait...this has something to do with gender or women's bodies? Well let's rain laws and executive orders down from up high!"

Look, I don't disagree with what you're saying.
However, it's up to those sports to do that. If they want to have a sport that has trans women competing against women then that's up to them. If all the women leave that sport because of that decision, then they will have to think about changing it. Can't have a sport with no competitors.

Seriously, this is what the right are all about. I'm not sure why their stance changes because it's now about trans people.
