Are you all blind?

Everyone wants to talk about how his defence will be missed. Well that's not the issue. Anyone can step up and make tackles.

The real impact is that his absence will cause a severe blunting of our attack and it will mean that The Toxic Gnome will call all the shots, get over involved as he has in the past and puncture all the teams tyres.

Don't worry about him being a handbrake. He'll have the effect of a blown head gasket.

What do they call that syndrome where when something happens and you don't know how to react you just end up laughing.

I call it Sharks Supporter Syndrome.

And I am just laughing.

But if I was a medico treating an imbecile like me I would first tell me that I have another nine days to humour myself - and then see what happens.

It is written in the stars

Oh good, I thought I was the only one who wanted to slit their wrist at the thought of Noddy ball. Inside, inside, inside...kick.
Might as well tell Pom, Simmo, Misi & Cov to take the next game off, they wont see the ball.

I belted my knee on the ground playing tag (against newman) .
It really hurt when I did it but was sort of ok the next day...no swelling.
A week later I knocked it again only slighty.
Then it was rooted for months..it blew up like rockmelon.
I had to go to stg private hospital to get some sort of scan thing on it.
Cost a fortune . They put me on drugs to get rid of the fluid but it didn't work.
It is still really tight now 2 years later.
This is all after the doctors could find nothing wrong .

Knees are a poor design.

Carch - it's not a design fault.

I think it has a lot to do with what our homosapians have evolved into and what pressures we put on them in the name of exercise and sport.

I just don't think they were designed to take unusual impact after impact and from all different angles.

My knees are farked also. But now I don't know if it is arthritis or ghout.

Your future is bright. I am your future.

I read somewhere that Phil Jammison of Grinspoon was introduced to Stevie Wright of the Easybeats with a ''welcome to your future phil''.
So I am not sure if my future is looking as bright as you say.

Whoever comes in will do a great job.

They WILL put in. They WILL perform.

That's the way of the 2008 Sharks.

BRING IT ON!

Hypothetical to the brains trust: Can a club 'rent' a player that is already contracted to another club? (ie for match payments to either the player the club or both). Obviously any payments would have to come under the salary cap of the club making payments.
