Disagree. I think quite a few of the players give a shit, especially the young ones wanting to break into 1st grade. Quite a few vying for the same role. The established players already have their contracts so they will continue to get their pay cheques.

Yes, it was confirmed a while ago. Agar used to coach (from memory) Warrington, and maybe one other English club. He was also the French national coach for a while too.

Demitriou scapegoat? Pretty hard to have made him one seeing he won every possible trophy his team was involved in, what more could he have done. Obviously his advice did not translate to the FG side hence why they did not have the same success. If anything it should have made the board realise how much better a coach he was than Mary and kept him instead. You could not have asked for a better way to prove yourself and yet not get the top job.
