Looks like Loko Tonga is getting extended

If so, I’m sure it’s based on training attitude. that’s so critical for a huge guy like that. Too many really big guys are lazy, and then they end up never filling potential. If he trains lime some of the little guys do he will become the dominating prop we need down the rpad. Lots of water under the bridge till then, but such a good point of difference in our attack.

Obviously big wraps on the young giant if they are looking to extend him through to 27/28.
Playing him in the Charity Shield next year will be a good indicator as to where Tonga is at development wise.

BUNNIES DUNK ON LODGE

Tallis Duncan is on the verge of inking a multi-year extension to remain at South Sydney but one player who is unlikely to join the club next year is Matt Lodge.


While Duncan looks set to find his long-term home, the Rabbitohs have closed the door on the prospect of securing Lodge. Lodge had been linked to the club along with John Bateman. Bateman's decision to reject the Rabbitohs to most likely sign with North Queensland could have opened the door for Lodge but that does not seem to be the case.

This is a good example why the balance between experienced players and youngsters matters so much. Loko has been doing all the little things outside of footy that will give him the best chance of a long career and has Sele and Sua there to guide him based on Tiktok they upload alot of clips together it's awesome to see https://vt.tiktok.com/ZS6evWXHL/ some of you might find this stuff interesting, there's a heap of behind the scenes, car trips etc with the boys type in Hame sele Tiktok if the link doesn't work
