If the Raiders are offering a reported $850K to $900K for Thompson, that money will be hard to knock back.

Is he worth 900k? I don't know with the current salary cap. I wouldn't mind if it was 900k for 3yrs. We have to pay overs & take a risk somewhere.

One way to look at it is to ask if we would get the same value out of him that we hope to get from Gutho (who is on something like $900k). It is doubtful.
