Let’s say F Molo does leave effective immediately that would leave a roster spot open would it be best to sign a back up Half?
I am positive we r still chasing an actual alpha prop.. I think guler is just a frank replacement.. If we could get one for 2025.. It would be huge for our chances.. Even if we need to clear a roster spot, we have plenty we could move on if we had too..

But yes 1 injury to our halves and we r stuffed, not sure if douieh deal could still be a thing.. The thing is who do we buy? We want someone for 12mths only probably.. And noone decent is coming for 12mths.. Even if they did where would we play them?

Longer contracts start to impact 2026 planning.. And Nsw cup positions for reed and lkt and whoever else. Its why I find the glover extension a very big call because that almost stops us buying another young 7.

It might be that flanno is going to risk it.. And keep lkt or a cook for his 6 coverage.. But I think he'd like to try and have a spare spot free incase someone special comes along midseason..

With Frank it really could be anything, and I guess we’ll never know.

If it is others offers coming in for him I hope - but do not expect - that the NRL will take action.

I am well over players being released with 2 years on their contracts only to be signed to their new clubs immediately.
Adds insult too if he also picks up three months of pre-season salary.

They have a good pack. It would be on less $.
Yeah it presents as a pretty willing pack barring injuries. Their backline isn’t the worst either, I’d be surprised if they weren’t maxed out.

Another bloody window for them.

It gets annoying how these sides seem to get genuine finals windows every other year and the rest of us suffer…

All Vlandys cares about is his gambling nonsense. As a sport, I haven’t seen much under his tenure.

Im not saying it’s corrupt, but the cap hasn’t spread the talent as hoped.

But if Molo turns up at the sharks, rivers of blood I suppose!

We needed a match winning half back and all we got was a sook who would choke.
Now we are desperate for forwards and we have a prop who has never delivered on his pay packet chucking a tantrum.

I want to leave my current job too but i signed a contract and committed. My bad luck.

What is it with our players putting themselves first all the time?

We may be seeing the result of high standards being set, and players not enjoying the expectations. More likely, our former captain and Lomax have created an expectation that exiting is easy.

Either way, unless the club assesses Molo's situation to be a genuine case of mental health issues, they need to make any destinstion club pay for the salary to date as a minimum.

If the sod has nothing wrong with him - training on his own - what the hell for , a garbo run ?

I do hope the NRL auditor is keeping a close eye on Milo’s situation and if there’s anything suspect about it then throw the book at all concern .

Should he be genuinely ill then I offer my sympathy to the man .
If he’s genuinely unwell -of course everyone questioning him will recant and be cool. That’s Ok. People are a bit suss, nothing personal and no hate etc.
