You would throw big money at Leniu
Yeah. Gotcha. Makes a big difference.Only my personal opinion going on ability that I have seen. Stewart a year or so older than the other two.
Read he was a while back, evidently nothing came of it. Yeh awesome reputations Pommie props. Seen some big brutes in my time. What about Props from the UK surely there is one big aggressive bloke that Flanagan can approach!
Leniu is best utilised how Ivan Cleary used him. Injected for Impact after 20min.Leniu looks spectacular on field with the odd barnstorming run and tackle break or two but overall he's not what you'd call a hard working player, he rarely makes over 100 mtrs a game (just 3 times from 17 games last year), and on average makes just 20 or less tackles a game. Plays average minutes for a prop but doesn't do nearly enough of the hard work. And anyway, you can throw whatever you like at him, he's not coming here. Maybe when he's 32 and looking for a last payout but not this decade.
You would make Lenui your prized recruit ..You would throw big money at Leniu
I was impressed by Stewart in the first trial. But the coach might do a bit of a rotation among the up and comers. Give them a week or two and then a lighter run in reserves to keep them fresh.Loko Jr top of the pile, Finau Latu next, then prob Stewart. Nick Tsougranis seems to have gone off the scene. Looked promising.
Who do you want as that young reserve forward possm.
Flanno is a very astute coach and so, I am sure he will make good selection decisions.Only my personal opinion going on ability that I have seen. Stewart a year or so older than the other two.
As I see things; You would make Lenui your prized recruit ..
Throw the safe at him BUT as others have said he is more than likely keen to go home to the Panthers
1 is happening, supposedlyAs I see things;
1. Klemmer is the only option available for 2025.
2. Haselton may be available for 2026 and beyond
3. Lenui may be available for 2026 and beyond.
So why not recruit all 3 by the time that they are available?
So in 2026 our run on props could be;Leniu is best utilised how Ivan Cleary used him. Injected for Impact after 20min.
well shit me, no legs left, we have another woodsJust received this chat from a mate.
Obviously, I don’t know how close his Mate is to Benji. So not sure if 1000% true but normally pretty spot on this guy
Could be Benji just not keen on him and making excuses. We shall have to wait and see . Though happy Tigers are chipping in some salarywell shit me, no legs left, we have another woods
Exactly my thoughts ..As long as they are 30 quality minutes, we will be ok for a year or two
15 minutes first half, last 15 of the second
Thats what i thought give them 2 week run and a rest same as old fellers Mariner, Eisenhuth Lawrie play hard 2 weeks have a rest using a young bloke. Keeps them freshI was impressed by Stewart in the first trial. But the coach might do a bit of a rotation among the up and comers. Give them a week or two and then a lighter run in reserves to keep them fresh.
They are Frank Molo type stats. Where is that first grade dude with a 140/150m game, 30 tackles min and an offload in him.he rarely makes over 100 mtrs a game (just 3 times from 17 games last year), and on average makes just 20 or less tackles a game.
we will see soonI was told the other day by a guy with Parra connections that they reckon his knees are shot therefore happy to let him go, so who knows!
