The Rumours Thread

Cobbo seems there for the taking with a strong offer. He might not want that Sydney life as he’s a country kid and could be anything as a fullback. Only problem would be Gutho… could he be a decent 6 with Atko at 7?

I think the plan is for Sloan to be a long term fullback

Flanno has it in with his halves. He did not get on with Hunt and now Illias. If your surname is not Flanagan you get scrutinised by the looks of things. Could be the reason Saints can't attract players not our recruitment manager. That is all they need, this type of rumour to surface, I hope it is just BS.

I reckon Lawson should make the move to 5/8. He's never played there before, but he's a powerful runner, he can pass, he can jump, and all the rah rah boys know how to kick. Not only that I asked AI and this is what it said:

In summary, while Nathan Lawson has not played 5/8 before, he possesses the necessary skills and athleticism that could allow him to adapt to this position in rugby league if given the opportunity.

I rest my case.

Don't we already have enough artificial intelligence running our club?

If we had a decent rectruiter we could get Papa and Afoa and possibly even TM Martin into the squad this year. Of course we'd have to dump a player or two - there's plenty of worthy candidates.
