I've been talking about Lawson getting a run in first grade all year. Let's hope it happens today and that he goes well.

makes sense then for Sloan to rest it this week with the bye next week. Gives him a chance to heal.

In my opinion, we need to start pushing Sloan really hard or else offload him to the Sharks for an early release of Atkinson. Sloan's main problem is the people inside are not giving him the opportunity to do what he does best.

Suli rarely feeds the ball to his whinger. When he does, they are forced so close to the sideline that it is difficult to shine.

In attack, our halves need to run direct and with speed, creating the room and opportunity for our wingers to do their stuff. Long kicks to the corners, sometime low kicks, would allow a quick winger to grab an opportunity or two while at the same time, restricting opposition attacking opportunities.

Not sure if you've paid much attention to Klemmer's stats so far, but he is yet to run for more than 100 meters in all of his performances for us to date, seems like someone who is really motivated and giving his all

Given our inability to sign anyone in the forwards of quality you have to hold onto him for another year.
JDB does his job well and will have another year or two in him. One year contracts are fine by Dragons and he still owes for sticking with him, so he cannot complain about that.

yeah, you are spot on, flanno did the same with gal, he played till 39, i genuinely think jdb could play till hes 36-37, and with hes work rate i mean there is a good chance, I hope he gets a contract in the next few months hopefully a 2 year deal if not 1 year would still be awesome, would love to see him still playing in 2027 but year by year!

IMO 1 year is right, and then another if his form is sustained. At this age the fall off physically can be fast.
