100% sacking coaches doesn’t help, get back room staff right first.the coach isn’t the problem. There is nothing positive to come out of pressure on Shane so give it a break. You need long term stability to turn it around and Shane is a good coach
None of those coaches will do any better because none of those coaches will attract players to the club. It's not the coach it's the club that's toxic. Good players want to play in a professionally run club with prospects of success. We are not that. We are the last chance saloon.Griffin who was a dud and got us 10th place in his second year, was sacked early the year after
Do you reckon this bloke will get us in the 8 or even as high as the sackable 10th Griffin achieved in his second year?
The powers that be are wanting results and if he wants to stay he better get them quickly otherwise long term is about another couple of weeks
You keep asking me who will replace him
Here is a short list
Taylor
Young
Peters
Demetriou
Hannay
Walters
Holbrook
Wallace
Hornby
Payten
Arthur
Hinchcliffe
There’s 12 without much thought
He can’t attract players and we could be 14 th after the weekend
The ball is in his court
Top 6 minimum or see ya later

Wrong Saint52. We led 18-6 at halftime and then never scored another point while the Sharks scored 24 unanswered points! Our players just went to sleep zzzzzzz in both attack and defence and our coaches didn't wake them up.Leading 16-6 half time we got on top then after that 33 minutes we never scored a point.
Must have been a hell of a half time speech from the super coachLeading 16-6 half time we got on top then after that 33 minutes we never scored a point.
I noticed on TV that Dean Young was talking to them at half time. It was only a snippet so isn't the full story.Must have been a hell of a half time speech from the super coach
Saw the first half and waited to watch the first 3 sets of the second half. Got up went to bed, could tell we would loose that game -
no intensity at all to ram home the advantaged we’d laid. Very strange….Might not be the greatest squad in the NRL but good enough to have an expectation to carry out some basic fundamentals..
Don’t be surprised if he takes over after FlannoMust have been a hell of a half time speech from the super coach
No sting in defence, poor kicks and poor kick and chase lacked real energy etc.. still play safe but if you win the first 10-15 mins you win the psychological game.. it’s like we almost opened the door and invited them back into it.They said flanno wanted to play the long game on fox. That meant minimal passing when they were down to 12 at half time, he ordered the team to play safe.
It's all on flannagan
I seen him addressing the team at HT a few weeks ago and I was surprised but apparently some members flipped out and said it happens in all teams etc..I noticed on TV that Dean Young was talking to them at half time. It was only a snippet so isn't the full story.
First of all , get a grip. I’m certainly very critical of our ( lack of) professional management & some things with this club is very frustrating BUT your diatribe points the rest of us as being losers for still supporting the club. As St Wayne said “ things are never as good as you think and never as bad “You disagree with my point, or you just like to attack people?
The game evolves faster than ever these days with this particular chief executive for the sake of bums on seats, eyes on screens and money. Loss of history is bound to be by-product and give way to whatever lines people pockets. Love to hear your view.
The 'local derby' is a big joke these days.
May have something to do with us having the worst roster on the NRL?The media just haven't put any pressure on Shane.
When we string two wins together you hear a lot of praise but then just silence as if he hasn't had a chance yyet to stamp his DNA on the squad.
Right about now we are expecting results or something that looks like results and it is going south fast.
I haven't heard anyone question Kyle's selection although it's wide reported how lacking in skill he has been this season.
To think that a club can have Sexton, Burton and Galvin and still face scrutiny but Kyle and Shane just get a green tick because it's the Dragons really stands out to me.
Why didn't our coach sign Galvin or Fogarty and some decent forwards when they were offered?May have something to do with us having the worst roster on the NRL?
