Just heard we've just signed Pezet on a 4 year deal..The final year is a mutual option. Welcome Pezet. Will be announced after the cooling off period next Wednesday

After seeing Wishart's performance in the GF, I don't really want him

I do not think Wishart was to that bad in the Grand Final. Remember he played out of position.
The question is what is his position. He plays with plenty of heart and would be a great 14 in any club.
I feel he is like Brandon Smith and lock is his best position, the only issue we have options in the back row or lock.

Think Wishart would fit in our 17 in theory, but bit of overlap with Kyle/Liddle/Atko.. rly only works if he becomes a 7.. might depend if we have better options to sign, which we will find out in the next month or so.

We did get it wrong between Wishart & Muhleissen (im guilty there also), but tbf neither has taken ownership off a starting first grade position.. I would like to see how Wishart goes though if they backed him as a 6 or 7 and actually let him train and get gud there.. but they have better options.

Agreed although he's probably an above average 14 that could start some games at hooker. However when/if we do bring in another half to partner Atkinson, our current half will gain automatic selection in that 9/14 role

Not to me. But I’ll cheer him if he does arrive.
