Agree...unfortunately your only as good as your last game... consistency may be the issue....

Can’t see it happening but Drinkwater would be a terrific signing. Sure he has some defensive issues but his speed over 40 is dangerous as which is a requirement in today’s game.
Not comparing him ability wise but there’s been plenty of seriously good players such as Lockyer, Thurston, Benji etc who had trouble with defence at times.

Would be great addition to the squad. Another attacking option.

There were so many games that we got in front and was clawed back. I don't know if we can rack up to put teams away but the effort was there so many times to finish the game with close wins.

I was disappointed when Marschke wasn't extended. He had speed off the mark, a decent kicking game, and we lost nothing when he played instead of Ben Hunt. My only concern was he looked a bit fragile for first grade. Anyway, that decision was made long ago, I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Reed can kick long. Until he breaks into first grade, Holmes is the logical choice standing deep in the ruck.

Reed is proving to be the best solution. He just needs to prove himself at first grade level.

So, a very good prop is what we really need; however, a classy fullback should also be targeted..
