*Not how it works.
If they go to court for the bullying and the mistreatment what's the Eels offering a contract contract offer to do with it?( which I doubt Moses would be dumb enough to do...)

Tigers need to prove he wasn't bullied and mistreatment with injuries ect.
Eels having offered a Contract would have zero to do with the case (you could claim incentives to bring it out) but if Moses and Galvin don’t perjure themselves I’m sure the NRL would take an interest

Don't have to answer if it has nothing to do with the case.

People paid more than you or I can make it part of the case. Cmon Richo make it happen

Imagine how it goes down...

Moses and Galvin both wordsmith the question as a no...

Next Moses lawyer gets Richo on the stand what question do you think they ask? Richo isn't smart..

I really don’t think the Galvin get out has anything to do about money. I don’t think any club (even ours) would be in the position or dumb enough to offer a deal that was that much better than what the Tigers have on the table.

Putting two and two together I think there is definitely a clique at the tigers and the kid doesn’t feel like he fits in. Why would you want to commit to a place long term where you don’t feel comfortable going into work everyday?
Prior to Brown signing with Newcastle, Moses was discussing length of Contract with Tigers.

Brown signs with Newcastle and all of a sudden Moses won’t even discuss. Parra have put in a big offer (illegally) that Moses and Galvin like and want (same as M Moses 2017).

that is 2&2

How much do you think Parra is paying him to do what he is doing now and for Tigers to let him go?

When did we put in an offer? When did we do it with Moses?

Is it about the money as Tiger 5150 said only the Tigers could offer him more this year and next..

Tigers are the only club that can (legally) offer more money for 2025 & 2026 which is why it would be complete malpractice to wait until November to negotiate (and would potentially shortcha
This all kicked off due to the Tigers trying to rush him into signing and offering him an upgraded contract and another 5 seasons.
as above. It would be mismanagement to not negotiate now and would potentially cost Galvin $$$

Galvins was approx 3 weeks ago.

edit: actually I don’t know when the actual offer was made but it was accepted and Isaac Moses started to organise facilities close to parramatta approximately 3-4 weeks ago

Fair enough. On what basis do you think that you could squeeze him, Moses and Brown under the cap? How much do you think Parra is paying him to do what he is doing now and for Tigers to let him go?
Well I'd say if we matched or bettered his Tigers offer from 2026 onwards, then 2025 (the last 6 months of it) could be current Tigers equivalent and say another $100k. We have more than enough under the cap this year mate, don't worry about us.

Correct that's why I don't think it's about the money at all.
