I found a way to live in a multi-million dollar house in Dover Heights which is near Bondi without paying a cent and get to drive around in a BMW M3.
I recently helped this couple with a break enter & steal a few weeks back. We ended up catching the bloke after he stuffed up trying to rip off another place using the same MO. Anyway I got speaking to this couple about different things and they brought up how these people they know were looking for someone to take care of their place while they are going on a round the world holiday for 14 months as they were worried about people breaking in while they were away. They were going to go through an agency to find someone, but being a person the oportunist that I am, I said that I may do it for them if they were interested so I could save a bit of money on rent. Anyway at this stage I had no idea the place was "the shizzle". Being the eastern suburbs I was expecting something half decent, but nothing like I was confronted with.
I rock up tonight to introduce myself to these people to see what they think of me. As I pull up I notice a late model jaguar and a BMW in the driveway and I two storey modern designed home. I go inside and after a bit of an intro they show me around the place. It's got 4 bedrooms, a study, a gaming room with snooker table and bar, a dining room, a lounge/entertainment room with big f**cker plasma tv, an inground swimming pool in the backyard, and a sunroom fitted out with a gym and a whole heap of other stuff I didn't get the chance to check out yet. They told me the last time they had the house apraised, it was worth 4.8 million.
So after some more chatting and getting to know me, they draw the conclusion they're happy enough to let me look after their place for the 14 months they are going for. And I didn't need anymore convincing.
All I have to do is look after the gardens, clean the pool, look after two dogs they own and pay for any utilities I use. Then they said I could use their BMW if I liked so long as I get it serviced and maintain it, but I'm not allowed to drive the Jag.
So I'm moving in 2 weeks time and putting most of my stuff in storage. I'll save a fortune in rent and HECS fees shouldn't be a problem now. To say that I'm happy is the understatement of the century.
