Williams is mean't to be going to Manly and i would love to know how they are going to buy everyone....Kennedy, Tahu, Monoghan, Williams and maybe others + Jamie Lyon at some stage??????? they may be privatised, but there is still a salary cap???

For a start they're well under the cap this year, so they have plenty of room to move for next year.

And what they are doing is sweetening the deals by giving sign on fees that are counting towards THIS years cap.

Without him and Tahu, the cupboard is bare. I can't see a decent replacement for Lyon there, although Hookey cold be handy. Even he would not be guaranteed to push Langi out of a job.
