Darius went out of his way to avoid getting a penalty for his side. It was spectacular play. Was really more a Carige play than a Darius award though, as he did try, just was monumentally stupid.

Thankfully he stayed in the lead for his own award with his awesome tackle on Ramien. I agree with others here though, shouldn't really be allowed to win his own award, just seems unfair.

Fusituas "effort" for Nadens second deserves mention imo.

• Misses Naden initially with a grabby attempt.
• Then jogs away from him for 40 meters.
• Becomes the best placed defender as RTS does his best Neymar impression. Continues to jog.
• Turns on the afterburners with 15 to go, almost reeling Naden in. Giving the appearance of a heroic attempt at a try saver.
  
• All in the final moments of a nail biter with the season on the line.

That's gotta get you an honorable mention at least.

Unless it’s Darius with ball, in which case it’s a good chance to reset the defensive line and get a nice slow play the ball (if he doesn’t lose it or get stripped of possession).
