I remember that promo fondly. For me, it's proof that Brodus has a future in this business. With that said, he couldn't work the type of matches he'd have to work to make that character work.

The Funkasaurus is way past due but it's invention served it's purpose. The gimmick introduced Brodus to the fans and allowed him to show off some personality. If he came in as 'serious big man #3' like he did when he was the bodyguard of ADR he wouldn't really stick out at all.

He'd just be another Jackson Andrews.
