in all honesty - what exactly was the scoop here?

Does it matter? We have a three page thread of conjecture based on three words SLE has spoken: "surprise could arise."

The scoop is that there may be a scoop...it has forum tongues wagging and desperado's drooling over a dropped Kimmorley.

SLE posts are few and far between these days, we should take what we can get.

What it does NOT say is "GREAT HUGE SCOOP" or "scoop" at all.

No, I don't think it is. I don't think anybody would say that it was a scoop. My point was that it doesn't have to be a scoop to be important...it's important because it created discussion on - wait for it - a discussion forum.

SLE might as well be the forum jesus, he's the only bloke that ever provides anything close to factual inside information on here anymore...everyone else's sauce has dried and the remnants are people posting 'facts.'

SLE stuck up this thread, I read it with interest, I saw there was little in what he was saying, but it was important enough to have people looking at where the line-up could be changed and filled me with a tidbit of hope that finally there will be some changes in the halves.

It wasn't a scoop, I never said it was nor alluded to it...but the post - as information free as it was - was good for the forum which is dying in quality.
