Taken from the Manly site, Don't know how true it is but Blake is one for the future and by the talk here espeically from the last comment it makes u wonder. Parra are not stupid enough to let him go surely. Does anyone know his contract status?????

------------

Australian Schoolboys captain 2004. Parra Jersey Flegg and Sg ball. Played all year at halfback , but is also a five -eigth. Quality player with big game experiance. Westfield Sports High product. i think eels signed him for another year ..... with tooves help he would be my no.1 choice for a young half.. thats if he's available.

Blakes my cousin boyz and from what i hear blakes up in air. apparently manly looked at him last year and he was very keen but brian smith pushed for him to stay. He and brian don't exactly get along well, which could hold blake up for getting a first grade spot over the next few years. I think now he's aust s.boys captain he will be noticed a bit more. Boyz, would luv him in manly no.6 in a few years. big wraps on the lad!!

All I can say is f**k off Manly Scum.

With Toove's help..

Can someone please reassure me that Smith's plans in Big league are nothing to do with "big and ugly" or "Wags at 5-8"?

Why believe something off the message board of the mob that claimed Moule had signed with them?

Manwee fans were saying the same thing about Tim Smith 12 mths ago.

Not that it means a hell of a lot but I think Green is simply the flavour of the month.

They may well get him but if he looks at the likes of Kane Cleal, etc he'll realise that he is only going backwards joining the Sea Eagles.

i am very interested in this Marcus Perenara guy! how can you make the international team without even playing a first grade match. He has gotta be very talented.

Apparently he is, but I just think it's more a case of the Kiwis being desperate.

Anderson has huge wraps on him and thats the most prominent reason. I will watch him very very closely.

Yeah, you're probably right.

I mean, if he's good enough...

But it is strange playing a kid in a Test match without having played First Grade yet.

They could use Ropati, Hohaia...

Imagine that. I doubt its ever done before a kid playing test football without his FG debut. Thats pretty impressive. I hope his confidence doesnt fall if he doesnt do the best. I cant wait for Tri Nations now :D

Wheres Smiths plan. In last weeks Big League?

the story was published about 2 months ago!

Peranara, apparently played 1 trial match before he suffered a serious leg injury that set him back for most of this season or else he'd be a regular starter with the Warriors.

He may of came back late this season playing in the barter cup.

Daniel Anderson has massive raps on him and last year they tried to sign his brother to entice him to stay a Warrior. According to New Zealand fans on this site like "Iaefeta" and Carlnz he was chosen mainly to gain experiance but isn't likely to get a run.

If you ask the Warriors supporters they will tell you how pissed they are to see him come to us.

you may want PM him and get him to contribute to this thread.

I'm sure he wouldn't mind. ;-)
