They'd be meetings attended in their capacity as a director for the past year I'd say mate.

Funny that. If those are meeting attended in a single year, they're meeting a whole lot more than I was ever told. In my chat with Greg Pierce earlier in the year he was adamant that the board had very little to do with the runnings of the club and only met once a month.

I'm not saying he made this up, perhaps I've read the information posted in this thread wrong...but if those are in fact the numbers of attendances in a single year then it begs the question; why would Greg Pierce lie about such a thing?

It seems hardly neccessary to claim such a thing, especially when the information is publicly available.

The have sub-commitees like a finance comittee, probably one for the development etc. The full board probably only meets once per month.

Sub committee meetings total attendances (Task force and finance) = 10/10
Other meeting attendances (including council) = 37/38
