I think Thompson has to go. He's soft.

However I thought he was far more effective than Cross.

Thommo has been pretty good for the opening 10 weeks, I'm happy for him to stay starting. Cross' inability to play some solid minutes, not drop the ball or give away a dumb penalty is hurting us. Weyman isnt due for another 10 weeks, I'd throw Tyran into the front row again. He is our most damaging forward ATM behind Adamson.

How many kicks did Gafa miss this afternoon?

(All that excitment lead me to lose count!)

Gafa kicked 3 from 5. Not bad but Covell hits em from everywhere.

Absolutely. He has 99 carry over points as well and recent charges so it will add 50% to it.

He'll be gone for 2-3. :(

Do you think, that if germ gets a few weeks, elliot will whack withers into hooker and give carney a run with smitty??

More than likely he will stick with tongue athooker and have toddy off the bench!

Cross, Hindmarsh and T Smith have to go from our forward pack IMO. Thommo is at best a bench prop. But who can we replace him with?

Weyman's injured....again, O'hara is out and i'll say it now I don't think he'll be a raider in 2006, Davico left, Wiki left. Front row depth is a HUGE concern ATM in my opinion.

Cross was good when he was actually on.

ive said it once ill say it again
why elliot only plays him 20 minutes is beyond me
he has proven he can play more and still be effective. When on the paddock yesterday he was going very well.

Whats the go with crossy and his head gear? does he only wear it when he feels like it or something?

He cut his head a few rounds ago against the storm, he wore the headgear against Newcastle and Penrith to give it a chance to heal properly.

ah fair enough. I thought he ran out without it on yesterday, and then put it on when he came back on ?
