Not sure why JTs views on Mam's driving charge matter in terms of his comments (as an Indigenous man) on Spencer being a dumb racist

Thurston chose to comment on Spencer re monkey gate and chose not to comment on Mam’s driving incident.

Both inccaused unnecessary publicity for the NRL. Both poor decisions.

There certainly was deafening silence by quite a few players and commentators towards Mam after his driving incident who were very loud and quick to recommend punishment for Lenui.

Maybe Thurston didn’t see anything wrong with Mam’s incident?
