eventually the final will sell out (well it better), but its disappointing as the World Cup Final was sold out at long before where we're at at the moment?

The best form of advertising for the final is the rest of the tournament on tv. Can't imagine them using advertising here in Brisbane till then. Wouldn't expect them to sell too many tickets until a week or two out.

Wow... ordinary for Aus v PNG

Thats what you get for putting the game at Parramatta Stadium.

Should have been moved out of Sydney all together. Would have been great for a place like Adelaide/Perth

good numbers for todays game/s at Erricson. They were only going to use the north/south and east stands, now they have to open the west stand as well.

its all positive..

If they start pumping the Tonga Samoa game in those communities, we may well have more fans of those two there. Would be surprised if it didn't get 15k.

i think sales will pick up during the week, there are quite a few festivities in parramatta this week. unfortunately, we might have to rely on tongan and samoan supporters to ensure the crowd is an ok one.

does anyone remember when parra stadium was absolutely packed when australia played france about 15 years ago. i remember going with my junior footy team and i know so many people that all went due to a massive promotion with junior rugby league clubs and cheap or free tickets. why cant the arl do something similar with the thousands of rugby league juniors in the area? it surely cant be that hard to sell 20k tickets, or at least 5-7k reduced price tickets to junior players.

About a month ago they released that 10,000 tickets had been sold for the double header. When i bought my tickets for the NZ vs England test the PAX was 5,000 about 3 weeks ago
