Tigers Vs Eels

Well what can you say. Parra didn't win. The Tigers lost. Two tries from mistakes and at the end of the day mistakes cost the Tigers the game. The Tigers completion rate was once again poor and we gave them the game on a platter. "If only" we took the 2 points in the second half.
On a good note it was good to see a return to form for Hodgo and Robbie Farah has NSW written all over him. Benji is getting his spark back too. The forwards aimed up and Bronson is just all class.
John Morris is a geat utility player but his organisation skills are lacking big time. We looked alot more dangerous when Farah or Hodgson were at first receiver.
In regards to THAT penalty i don't think it was against Halatau I think it was against Payten for not being square. But it was good to see a fast game of league with quick play the balls, something that has been missing from the refs since 2005 and in 2005 Parra were the only team that probably could have beaten us.
We're now staring down the barrell of being zero from four but at least that will only include 1 home game.
There's no doubt the tigers have what it takes this year, minimising mistakes and more organisation from Morris are the key.

Morris is not a halfback, he was tried there when he played at the Knights, and he still lacks all the attributes required, just like he did then. Your plays all broke down at him last night, he also took some dumb (and ordinary) kicking options. I agree the better team lost on top of some miserable reffing, and some ordinary play by Morris. If I were following either team , I think the Tigers would give me more reason to be optimistic than the Eels.

Who opted not to take the 2 points to even it up????
Ridiculous.
Lots of positves though, Marshall,Fulton and Hodgson finding their feet. Harrison,Gibbs and Galloway looking better and more consistent so far.
Farah, best in the game

you guys had a great game but i think it was mentioned erlier WE (parra) didnt win that game, you guys lost it and gave us the win. thats not being rude, but without thise errors you guys could have easily taken us, and still i got nervous everytime you got close to our line and benji was holding the pill.

it sucked cos i couldnt even cheer as i sat in the tigers box :( (my dads a director for you guys) but i actually made suggestion to paul sironen who mentioned it to tim sheens. i said "benji marshall's kick offs are allways positoned very well, it goes where he wants everytime. so why not use that to the tigers advantage"

and sirro told me today that tim had said it was a good idea and mentioned it to benji last monday, and then wat happened first kick off of the game :p
