Also on Horo, he was awesome too. Really looked dangerous every time he got the ball. That flick pass he did to set up Tahu's try was a terrific effort for a backrower playing his 3rd first grade game.

i've been on the horo bandwagon for ages, but i've got to say let's not get ahead of ourselves, the reason he looks good atm is because we desperately need a backrower capable of running hard and getting good metres, and he's the only one doing it. 2 others are only capable of defence and the other is wasted with his offloading ability. still great to see the bloke take his chance unlike oake and others before him

I agree with what your saying...But Mortimer was giving him line balls with him hitting holes at speed. I believe if mortimer had of thrown the same passes to Smith or Mateo the wouldn't of held onto them at all..

Tim got the biggest crowd ovation when he finished his first stint that I've witnessed.

Well deserved!

I was saying the same thing at the game. Horro hits holes hard and can hold onto the difficult passes under pressure.

as I said last week, Horo has finally come of age as a first grade rugby league player, it's probably been a a year or 2 overdue but he's finally here.

Yeah, even I have to give Kudos for the way he has played First Grade so far.

I don't see much of the lower grades, but is the way Mannah is starting to play what he played like in the juniors ? I am curious to see if he is over acheiving or simply for fulling his potential ?

Definitely a rep play in the making. Also it looks likes he is very classy individual, a born leader ?

Glad to hear it Hells cause even prior to today's great performance he's been going great, he may have sealed the deal in this match. :D

At such a young age Tim Mannah is an awesome prop. What other prop has come on so good at such a young age for the Eels?? Paul Mares comes to brain. Cayless as well and we purchased Adam Ritson from the Sharks at 19 years of age.
