I think there was already another thread on it.

I think he was charged with failing to quit licensed premises.

Considering his past indiscretions it will of course find its way into the news, given the injury to Albert Kelly it could also impact on the halves selections for your next game.

ummm yeah i am... cos it is.

wat are you saying?

Given his past indiscretions and the number of players in the news recently for alcohol related problems unfortunately for you guys what well could be a nothing story really isn't.

see thats my point the media are full of shit, if he was drunk, id smash him for it.

But if he was sober, whats the big deal.

Unfortunately a good deal of the people that listen to the media don't have the same clue that some do...... all they will see is another football player on the piss regardless of circumstances. When it is found to have no substance any footnote to the story will be found on page 11.

He looks like being charged with urinating in public.

He reckons he was standing in front of urinal but he's given it too much and it's gone out the window on the full.

As I said at 9 this morning, the original word was that he was charged after failing to quit a licenced premises, multiple times.

As for not being able to be charged for that, I'm pretty sure if you fail to quit once Police ask you, then it becomes more than just failing to quit.

Those who are asking if he was drunk, how many people are asked to quit a licenced premises when they are sober? Even further to the point, how many people would refuse to quit if they were sober?

Obviously drunk. Obviously did the wrong thing.
