Timmy Smith drunk again and in a bar brawl with Grothe Parra will sack him within the next week
What a pick up he'd make put him in rehab for a couple of months or in the of season then pair him up with either Kimmorley/Smith, Dykes/Smith or even Kearney/Smith. I would prefer the last pairing. What a fast pair Kearney and smith would be, Kimmorley to lock Gallen and Thommo 2nd rows and Bird and Dykes as super subs, I can see that happening:sch: :-k

Gee BULLSHARK you've done well. Considering that Fitzgerald was just on the radion clearing Smith from any wrongdoing.

As per the transcript from one of the Parramatta forum members

Hadley interviews Parramatta Eels CEO Dennis Fitzgerald. Hadley says Fitzgerald and his staff have looked at video footage from the Intersection Tavern at Ramsgate after claims were made that some Eels players were misbehaving last night. Fitzgerald says he has spoken to Eels media manager Damien Kelly and football manager Tony Zappia as well as the General Manager of the hotel. Fitzgerald says he was particularly worried about Tim Smith, given that the player agreed not to drink alcohol until the end of the season. Fitzgerald says it has been shown that Smith was not involved in any drinking or any problems. Fitzgerald says Eric Grothe and another regular were asked to leave not Smith. Fitzgerald says Grothe and the other man left with no incident. Hadley says Daniel Wagon acted very responsibly. Fitzgerald says the club will consider taking action against Grothe. Hadley asks if coach Jason Taylor gave the team a couple of days off following their excellent form. Fitzgerald says that was the case but that shouldn't excuse any player getting to an intoxicated state. Hadley asks if alcohol is such a big problem because none of the players have jobs outside of playing and training. Fitzgerald says they encourage players to study, apprenticeships or part-time work. Fitzgerald says the more players that can get involved in things like that, the situation will improve. Fitzgerald says he is disappointed that Grothe got to a stage where he was inebriated and is sure other players will be too. Hadley says the NRL need to carefully consider allegations made against NRL board member Gorden Tallis.

Anytime the media mention Tim Smith's "indiscretions" I immediately become cynical given the farcical nature of the beat-up over the claims regarding Michael Clarke.

Bullshark.

Why would we want Tim Smith?

He's f**king sh*t.

I do however welcome Brett Kimmorley's appointment at lock. His hit ups would strike fear into the most hardened forward pack.

I agree with KOTH, Kimmorley at lock is clearly one of the best ideas this forum has ever seen. The tackle busting beast that Kimmorley is.
Lay off the acid mate, seriously.

Actually - have someone deliver one of those special "BK passes" to himself and then he would be gone for the season.

I like it BS.

Kearney at 5/8 and Smith at 7.
Smith has a kicking game. We don't.
Smith knows how to use width and find space for his backs. We don't.

Noddy in the car doing a final lap of Shark park waving goodbye to his fans.
And both of 'em waving back.

i dont think any half decent player would come and play for cronulla by choice at the moment. if you were a footy player, would paying under the guidence of george roper be a selling point?
