THE Tingha Tigers Rugby League Club has entered its next phase of rebuilding.
After returing to first grade football in Group 19 last year, the club is already planning its 2004 assault and has wasted no time in appointing coaches.
Last year's first grade coach David Leitinger agreed to lead the team and will be assisted by Simon Schuman.
Leighton Blair returns from rugby with the Inverell Highlanders to coach reserve grade and will be helped by Troy Marshall.
Club president Chris Curtin said the move to appoint coaches early reflects the enthusiasm at the club.
"We want to get things rolling so the players , supporters and sponsors know we are serious about making an impact next year," Chris said.
Chris said having four coaches for the two grades is a viable option.
"It helps out the head coaches and they will be able to bounce ideas off each other," he said.
The club is keeping its option opened about entering a juniors side depending on numbers.
"Having two grades was great last year and a third will be even better," Chris said.
