I don't know what you're on, son, but you've gotta get off it before the damage is irreparable!

If you're not on anything, you'd better get on something fast, while you're still young enough to get back on track! :p

Was waiting for you to arrive.

They have to lose sometime.... I figure Launceston is as good a place as any ... Especially weather wise.

Hawthorn for that matter have also been genuinely competitive in all their matches. It's just that only once have they put together a 4 quarter effort.

They aren't terrible.

They weren't too flash outside of Melbourne in round 1 against the Swans :(

They weren't too far from it against Carlton last Friday night though. A shocking loss, while a few players had fine individual games, the team as a whole should hang its head in shame for giving up what should of been a comfortable win.

I've been arguing about this game with less grounded Hawk fans all week.

The number of people (and they're not all Hawk tragics, perversely enough) who are willing to tip Hawthorn because: the game's in Launceston; the Hawks always show fight and West Coast is due for a loss; and there's a good chance it might rain, simply astounds me!

1) West Coast beat us in Launceston last year.
2) The more tight games you put on without winning, the closer you are to a thumping.
3) The Hawk high possession game results in the side getting a lot more of the ball, but it also results in a higher rate of turnover which is always going to be punishable by quality sides.
4) West Coast is a quality side.
5) Even if it does rain, West Coast were able to beat Geelong in dismal conditions last year, so Hawthorn shouldn't be a problem.
6) Above all else, there is a gaping hole at CHF for Hawthorn that you could easily slot an aircraft carrier into.

7-0 for the Eagles, not a doubt in the world.
