Puletua and Galuvao have both been playing first grade approx 1998-2007, and if you were to compare the two for every one of those years, I don't think Joe would come out on top in any of them.
I think Tony has played 20+ tests while Joe played...2?
Tony's first grade position has rarely been in question, while Joe has spent more of his career in reggies than firsts.
