Tony has played over 190 games since making his debut for the Panthers in 1997. He has represented his country of origin New Zealand on numerous occasions and was a part of the Panthers successful grand final team in 2003.
Tony asked the club for a release to extend his career by playing in the UK Super League.
Tony has been a great ambassador for the Panthers, Michael Leary said. It will be sad to see him leave and we wish him and his family all the best.
I know Tony will play out the rest of the season by producing some of his best football for the Panthers.
Hopefully he continues his form in the front row for the remainder of the season.
