Any of you lucky enough to get tickets to this ??? Im so sick of shows selling out b4 they go on sale, u know what i mean. Like you want general admission tickets, and the day they go on sale, even if ur first in line or whatever, there all sold out ! Where do they go !!! Then, i went to ebay, and there selling for thousands. Its such crap !

Anyways, if you have tickets, ur lucky and i wanna be you, but this show will be awsome. Im gonna try and sneak in .... :sarcasm:

Were you trying to buy tickets when they went on sale? A mate and I both tried buying the tickets we wanted (because we knew they would sell quick, Tool always sell quick, scalpers or not so we doubled our chances of getting them) and got 5 GA tickets each for Sydney and Melbourne over the phone within 20 minutes. I don't know how others missed out, maybe we're just lucky.

Website was completely useless for me and died right on 9am. I rang ticketmaster again and again, and the number was engaged, but after literrally at least 50 times ringing them over about 45 minutes I finally got myself a ticket, up in the stands. I wasn't too disappointed, as at least I'm going.

Will get a good close up at spot at the BDO though.

I saw Tool a few years ago and they were completley upstaged behind their support band, the Melvins. Maynard stood behind a curtain all entire performance which was 'arty' apparently, and the rest of the band were completley stationary. As much as i enjoy Tool, that was one hell of a dull performance.

I went along as well a few years ago..
I thought the performance was awesome, I mean did you really expect Tool to be bouncing around the stage or anything like that.... they're about the music, and that live is amazing.
