that was one of our better wins, not our performance, just the fact we won.
the tigs have always had a game where they start slow and flat and there are patches where thry look like they may get themselves back into the game, they go on to lose.

apart from dropped ball the roos looked good and while benji did push the occasional pass his discipline was certainly better than those times we would be behind by 2 and constantly f*@k it up.

theres a lot to learn from that game, i just hope they learn and dont just see it as a lucky win.

I heard somewhere on the weekend that lawrence would shift bak to fullback next week leaving collis in the centres, dont know how this will go but it's a better option than hanbury at fullback or morris at half with moltz at f/b..

Your a sad person. bagging Sheens all year and now devestated that we are in the top 8.

I understand you have gone to a lot of trouble to provide me with a free character analysis , but guess what ? I dont give a flying F*ck what you think Gallagher

I disagree. Hanbury was excellent at fullback. Much better idea than Lawrence (I can't believe that was even considered) or shifting Moltzen out of halfback where he has been excellent.

All I can say is that was winning ugly. Hopefully that was our bad game, and we still came away with 2 points. If we deal that slop up against the Eels, it will be a cricket score.

I wouldnt call two sentences a lot of trouble. However you did reply and then went to the trouble of editing it.

better to have a bit more class in the team leave me out of hanbury cracks under pressure and also with moltzen i never mentioned moving him from halfback

gonna be tough mate, but 6 weeks ago i thought this game against parra may be deciding the spoon. We've have, should I say the players have, turned the season around.
It would be nice if all us supporters got behind the team, but the likes of the author of this thread revel in death riding us. reminds me of the 'wooden sponon heading to campbelltown' thread.

Moltzen is going to be a superstar. He has pace, and his combination with Marshall is getting better and better. Add Farah into the mix...

aahhhh, bump.

LOL well done Gallagher :) That was a top 8 performance from a team that looked top B worthy apposed to last weeks average frustrating effort.

We need the league gods to help us topple Parra, they have the wood on us so i hope beating them earlier this year may have put an end to that.

WT dont need the likes of ppl like me to death ride em, they generaly to a perfect job on there own,, hence the reason i somee times write negative stuff ...usually from friggin frustration.

I will reserve all judgment till after the eels games. Yes we have been playing some pretty flash football but lets see if we can for once shut down the offloads and nullify the power and size of the eels. I think come game time the eels will be comfortable favorites so it will be the old under dog thing again. I still maintain this side is a class frontrowe and a better than average journey man front rower away from a really good side. I shudder to think what would happen if SIR Garath got hurt or suspended

To roll the Eels we need to have our lock watch Hayne like a hawk during their attacking plays and need to either kick the ball dead or to the corners when there's nothing on when we're attacked. Trying to create a long range kick chase on every play will cost us. He'll wind-up, dance, bust and score.

Imagine if we had sacrificed the 5c extra the SFS are giving us and speculated on making an additional $500k you'd make from making the semi finals by giving the team the chance to qualify for said finals with 12 home games ... you know like every other club in the comp does

Again, why the f**k are we playing this at the SFS when we could be playing at Leichhardt?

We're chasing the buck at the expense of a place in the semis...

In the Tele today they are saying that postcode analysis shows a 2:1 ratio of ticket sales to "Parramatta areas" over "Tigers areas". So we'll be outnumbered at our "home game". Still, nice to get 30,000 at a Tigers game!

Also, don't forget that we also have to play some game at Campbelltown despite it being a sh*t ground where our "home ground advantage" seems to be much less than when we're at Leichhardt Oval. No surprising though...you just can't beat a side-line hill!
