Why weren't there any French blokes in the next installment of your God forsaken, mind numbing polls of absolutely no consequence ?.

There is a French player in the poll you goose. His name is Benjamin Garcia and he plays for Penrith.

You should try and keep up with player movements in the NRL, and read the poll carefully, before you spout your rubbish.

Garcia doesn't count because he isn't in the NRL.
He is yet to play an NRL game and will probably spend the year in NSW Cup unless the entire first grade team get struck down with the plague.

1 vote. 1 man. Benjamin Garcia.

So, without recalling exactly what Ben Garcia looks like . . . I'm going out on a limb and saying has dark hair, and looks like he's listened to the odd Frankie Goes To Hollywood song.

Witty . . you know I'm just taking the piss. You can hold your head high that you still support the same team.
You are more George Michael than Caitlyn Jenner. And there's nothing wrong with that.
Be proud. You can go to the rallies and sing the famous chant " We're here, we're queer, we'll follow the same team next year "
Unlike the Caitlyn of LU, the coat that turns, alien.
Coat. That's what we used to call someone that was a merkin Of A Thing. Ahhh memories.

I can now report that there has been a change in rankings, as most recent voters overpower the previous splurge from Brisbane fans in favour of Ben Hunt. Hunt has fallen out of the five and Ben Barba has now taken his place, but with Tuimoala Lolohea snapping at his heels.

The "stepper" rankings are now:

1. Shaun Johnson.

2. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck

3. Anthony Milford

4. Benji Marshall

5. Ben Barba

So Ben Hunt has 'dropped' out of the 5 you say?

1/ Penrith's Brad Fittler

2/ Balmain's Larry Corowa.

3/ Parramatta's Steve Ella.

4/ Manly's Alan Thompson.

5/ Penrith's Greg Alexander.

6/ Manly's Malcom Reilly.

7/ Easts Russel Fairfax.

8/ Parramatta's Brett Kenny.

9/ Souths' Ray Branighan.

10/ Manly's Bobby Fulton.

These are players who I have seen live either at the S.C.G. or other grounds. The important factor in my choosing was that I would in those days watch from one end of the game behind the posts high above the ground to view the player's abilities of their side-stepping.

I haven't been to a live game since Brandy's last game at Penrith Park.

So I have reserved my list for those I've seen in the flesh.

EDIT: Larry Corowa was more primarily a swerve type of elusive player. But when he did step,it was sideline to sideline in one swoop.

You are apparently unaware that none of these players are currently in the NRL and they never were.

You may have been under anaesthesia before 1998, but that was the year that the NRL was created.

OK So one of his examples was in the NRL at the end of his career. Doesn't alleviate the problem of 9 players who never were in the NRL. Plus the thread title implied current players, which none of his are.

It was a pathetic attempt at thread derailment.

This thread was derailed as soon as it started.
