Its Ok to sing when youre winning... and hit the top of the table.

People called me dickhead, but I was a dickhead who happened to be right.

And this is the start of it Panther fans, the long days of pain has subsided, book your finals tickets.

The panther is purring. A premiership is not beyond her.

Of course, tomorrow will be business as usual at the foot of the mountains.

As I said, its all about heads in the right places.

Well played Pennies. One step ahead all night. Bashed us and scrambled well. No problems with any of the refs calls.

GKD, not much in it in that regard:

Metres gained:
Panthers 1394m from 163 runs
Dragons 1278m from 174 runs

There is a clear difference in Avg Metres per run, though .. that is the key point, which signifies that Penrith were up in our face all game and gave us no time.

Congratulations Panthers fans, your team clearly wanted the win more tonight, were more desperate, and definitely deserved the 2 points.

Good luck for the rest of the season!

very happy with the win.
But like i said before the game it had no meaning with both teams having so many out.It was always one where we just sat back and enjoyed the footy.

Wade graham is improving and getting the confidence to lead the team around the field.
Tim grants injury is a worry .But elliott said post match injury may not be serious will wait for scans

I think both sides will get a lot out of tonight in regards to seeing how the fringe players go at first grade level

The game was hardly a proper match up but to be honest I'm stoked we took the two points away. One or two more wins and we are finals certainties. Stoked. See you dragons again there.

Shame about Grant, hoping for the best. Now if only we can keep our origin players from getting injured...

Happy with the win. Obviously not as good as it would have been had both teams had all their stars, so not getting carried away.

Good game Dragons fans, and see you again in the finals! :)

Panthers are the real deal. Played well tonight. To be honest though I wasn't too worried about the result.

If the Dragons don't win the comp I hope the Panthers do.

Oh and DaveQ what a fantasic prediction. I didn't think the Panthers had any chance against a Dragons team missing 9 players :sarcasm:

He went OK...had a handful of run-ups from kicks and dummy half but overall, played soundly.

A few more games and his confidence will grow.

Simmo went well...caught a high ball which the AFL blokes might have a few looks at and scored our second try off a clever kick.

Those two tries that were scored along his side of the field...well one of them you couldn't have stopped but during that time (the last 10-15 minutes) the players were displaying problems with concentration due to exhaustion.

Tim Grant is a machine and up until his injury along with Pritchard was easily the best forward on the field. He was taking two hit ups every other set and was nearly out there the entire first fourty.

I've been praying ever since he went up the tunnel it isn't serious. The positive out of it is that he tried to play on and was back in the defensive line trying to run it out and walked off under his own power.

He would be a huge loss. Puletua would come back in I'd imagine but Grant has been a step above 90% of other forwards this year.

Thanks for the great sportsmanship Dragons fans!!

It was a close game and could have gone either way. I'm stoked that the Panthers prevailed at the end.

Anyway, judging by the way the season is going so far, our next clash could well be the GF!

Most people reckoned the Panthers would get done like Pamela Anderson on heat. They had a lot of players out too.

The reality is Mr Moofy that they are a lot better side than the Saints:-even when the the Saints are boasting a full complement (of imposters).

Theres a lot of bad sportsmanship out there these days, people who for some strange reason get personally offended when one calls their bluff.

If the saints want some heat, lets talk about the return of the miracle man Gasnier.

There is a view that had he not played, they may have taken the game.

But you wont see Saints fans acknowledge this heresy.

They got beaten by a superior side and they cant handle it. But they are just one of many sides the Panthers have beaten or will beat on the road to glory.

And after 6 seasons of hell, the Panthers and their fans, are entitled to be shown some courtesy and respect for what is a remarkable achievement.

We still have the likes of Bob Blair and Dane Laurie that haven't had a run at the top level yet. Ryan Walker is also pretty handy as a back up for centre or wing when he gets over his injury.

WTF are you going on about? What view are you referring to Dave? The one you share with your sock puppet & various other imaginary friends?

Can sure as hell handle getting beat. Penrith were excellent last night.

f**k me you dribble a lot of sh*t.
