Can sure as hell handle getting beat. Penrith were excellent last night.

f**k me you dribble a lot of sh*t.

Theres a lot of bad sportsmanship out there these days, people who for some strange reason get personally offended when one calls their bluff.

If the saints want some heat, lets talk about the return of the miracle man Gasnier.

There is a view that had he not played, they may have taken the game.

But you wont see Saints fans acknowledge this heresy.

They got beaten by a superior side and they cant handle it. But they are just one of many sides the Panthers have beaten or will beat on the road to glory.

And after 6 seasons of hell, the Panthers and their fans, are entitled to be shown some courtesy and respect for what is a remarkable achievement.

You talk so much s*** it's not funny. Nobody is in denial. For the most part everyone has said the Panthers played well and deserved to win.

What exactly is their remarkable achievement btw?

Pretty good IMO, or as good as it's been for years, a front row rotation of Civoniceva, Grant, McKendry, Bell and Puletua is pretty handy.

Tim Grant as we all realise has been outstanding. His loss for an extended period is a huge loss and blow.

We can only hope this is not the start of we have experienced in 2008 and 2009 when we lost 5-6 six of our key players to injury at the business end of the season.

If it remains only Tim Grant then yes we can probably cover the period he his out injured thru depth. I just hope this is not the beginning of two, three, four key injuries which will surely wreck our chances in 2010. We do deserve some luck in the injury department after are last two seasons.

Hopefully the slammer gets some more gametime with Grant being out. The Slammer is clearly our most aggressive forward.

6.5 seasons of playing like widows and spinsters.

Years of grey days for their fans.

All of sudden, mid season, against anyones expectations, they beat the side coming first and cement themselves at the top of the table.

On the basis of that win, they should drop the Saints to second, because we all know the panthers are better, theyve proved it.

Its an outstanding achievement for a club with a handful of marquees and bulk no names.

Theyve worked very hard in all areas.

Hats off to Elliot, he wasnt the chronic loser we all thought he was. That is a good thing, something to feel pretty pleased about.

Walshpower!

All is forgiven ME.

How Pearce got the gig as NSW halfback over Walsh is beyond me, even with my blue and yellow goggles on theres no doubt that Luke Walsh is the most dominant halfback for NSW.

Big fan of Walsh but I think he would get stomped in origin. But then again maybe not. He's probably not likely to get a chance to prove himself anyway.

Walsh is my third favourite player in the game atm.

He's definitely origin material.

I think Luke Walsh has really benefited from a Penrith pack which has been pretty good for the majority of the season. Other than the games against the Bunnies and to a lesser degree the Titans we have pretty much either won the forward battle or held our own and hence we are sitting in second position. Young Pearce is a terrific player and I have no doubt he will be the long term NSW half back.

The unfortunate thing about origin every year is the persistance to pick St george players ...If walsh was playing in thhe red v then he would be on at least his 4th or 5th origin game. Its only that Soward has had some glaring defensive lapses that he was not picked.
