Willian is not the Modric replacement. Unless you've been under a rock for the last two months his replacement is obviously Mourtinho but too expensive and if it happens it will be a last day special, as will Lloris

my guess is we may look for a keeper in January if we dont get one now. Lloris really wants to come, as does Mourtinho but the fees are just unaffordable unless we sell

Daws is probably staying now and Hudds move is only a loan. No one wants Bentley or JJ and we really need to reduce our wage bill

Modric deal has been done and now we are looking to replace him, should have been done a month ago. He and Levy shook hands and parted ways yesterday.

30mill (pounds) plus around 8mill in add ons.

Its just typical Levy, we start every season like this so he can get better deals but it costs us points every year.

And someone should tell AVB that Jenas is not a striker, thats one of the weirdest moves I've ever seen at Spurs but I guess if you dont have anyone else you need to bring someone one

alot of players look unfit too as we were all over WBA in the first half and faded badly in the end

I'd say about 40mill, there were reports of 50+ but I dont believe they were true, from what I know we will get 36mill as the final 2 mill wont happen, sounds complicated

speaking of which we apparently knocked back an offer for Bale about 4 weeks ago of 60mill, no idea who but my guess would be PSG as they bid for Modric as well, they actually offered more than RM but he wouldn't go

60 million for Bale? Sheesh, he's good, but not that good. These transfer fees are getting bloody ridiculous. Mind you, Bale at 60 is better value than Carroll at 35...

I agree it gets a bit silly and hard for clubs to try and break into the top 4 on a permanent basis, we did it 2 out of the last 3 but I dont see us doing it this season.

For example we courted Hazard for 6 months and terms were agreed with player and club at 15 mill and when it hit the media Chel$ki came in with a 30 million pound offer and trumped us.

Similarly we had been courting Oscar since January we we offered 11 million and they were holding out for 15 million. It hits the media and along come Chel$ki and offer 25 million and trump us again.

Basically Chell$ki had wasted 25 million pounds as they could have bought them both for less and I thought this was why FFP was brought in but nothing seems to have changed.

You dont need to be any good or require much skill to have a sugar daddy and buy a premiership much like Citeh did last year.

It would be a much greater achievement if some one like Spurs or Arsenal won a premier league title.
