Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

How Gareth Bale can be called World Class i'll never know. If he stuck to his fckn wing then he probably would be close to it. But he has one good game (against Swansea) where he just tears their right back apart by staying on the left and then for the next 3 or 4 he thinks he's Messi or Zidane and fcks around in the middle of the field or on the right.

Idk if that's down to him deciding to do it or 'Arry wants him floating around but it doesn't help you guys. He's no where near effective anywhere else plus it leaves gaps down his wing because most of the time BAE is isolated.

In saying that, Norwich is a tough team and i'm not too sure what Redknapp was thinking by not starting VdV, Adebayor or Parker. I got the feeling he was worried Norwich might sit back like Sunderland did and he would be stuck with not enough weapons to break them down. Second game in a row you've dropped points because of him imo.

We're choking big time.

You will still get 4th i think. Newcastle still have City and Chelsea while Chelsea still have us (Arsenal) and Newcastle, plus throw in the Barca tie and their FA Cup run. This Di Matteo honeymoon run they've had is exaggerated. The only team they've beaten of note is Napoli and even then it was only 2-1 after 90 minutes.

I can't see Chelsea pushing you but Newcastle are in decent form. I think they may go ahead of you for a week or two but then get pulled back.

Still, a big drop from being 12-13 points in front of 4th a couple of months ago.

As an Arsenal fan i know how you guys feel. Last year we were competing for 4 cups near the end of February and within 2 weeks we were knocked out of 3 cups and we lost our confidence and fell from title competing down to 4th.

Gees that was bad, hopefully the guys were focused on the FA Cup semi surely we should still get a UCL spot with our run home. The decision to start with both Defoe and Saha, with Ade and VDV on the bench was an odd one

Bit rough tbh. Should have been 1-1 and had Bale not been there to tap in Cech would have been sent off and you would've had a penalty to tie it up.

Still, no excuses to concede 5 i guess.

Unbelievable how many big decisions the officials are getting wrong.

Our late season slump - exact same as last year. It's clear that we don't have the depth that Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea and a lesser scale Arsenal have.

Through that busy Christmas period we were playing the exact same team every match, bar one or maybe two changes each time. Games are so tightly packed in this period it helps that the clubs I named above can rotate their players.

Doesn't help that we loaned out Pienaar, Bassong and Corluka - three players that we could do with at the moment.

We have no chance at 4th..

Kyle's fast becoming a running highlight reel :p
Hard to name many right backs ahead of him in the EPL at the moment.

the majority of Spurs fans see this as a drawback, they want Harry to get the job

we just won 1 out of 9 games and they want Harry gone

fickle bunch

Ridiculously fickle. I was looking at that Spurs Forum 10 weeks ago (or however long it was) when Redknapp was linked to the England job everyone was panicking and hoping that he didn't get it.

Now everyone is angry because he's going to stay.

I hope he stays

well Dan the man gets something like a 4 mill payout if Harry leaves early and the poms would have to fork out that if he leaves, albeit only one year early, that would get us a decent manager

they were happy enough when we were sitting in 3rd spot for a few months but they seemed to forget that pretty quick

if we win the next 3 we finish 4th, but if we dont, word is he's gone England job or not
